CHALLENGE

Save G&T's (the largest bank in Guatemala) first test into a fully digitized, ecommerce insurance platform, after a catastrophic first year, and unsustainable CAC.

STEP 1: We conducted an IG MKT survey that delves into last year's digital data and interviewed current users to develop the 2023 campaign.

STEP 2: We conducted an ABCD test to find out which creative generated the best results, based on the brand's content pillars.

STEP 3: Based on the winning message, we created new content aligned with it.

STEP 4: The early success motivated the brand to launch first pay as you go car insurance in Guatemala, a model that has worked in other Latin American countries like Mexico and Colombia.

STEP 5: DAC designed all materiales for this launch, message and web, again using the ABC testing methodology.

STEP 6: Because we had such a great sucess with the pay as you go car insurance, the brand wanted to test the same model for motorcycles. DAC built that campaign again from zero using with the ABC testing methodology.

Result: Result: Dramatic CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) reduction, more than 1000% improvement year over year.
